I just found that there are 2 ways to get to the Task Scheduler, one by clicking start/settings/control panel/scheduled tasks (which is the way I was getting to the tasks) and two by clicking start/programs/accessories/system tools/scheduled tasks, and using this path works. Anyone know what the difference is? Looks like this issue is solved.

There is a third way:

Open windows explorer and browse "TASKS" subfolder in "WINDOWS" folder.

And no, there are no differences in any of the ways. Those are same tasks, only approached from different points.
