READING GUIDE LINE
Here is what I would like to have: A horizontal colored line on the screen that I can extend from one side to the other. Can set hieght of line about 8 pixel to 20 pixel

Line can be positioned vertically and be hidden or unhidden. Similar to "Virtual line of Scrimmage" as seen on fooyball. Pupose: Better access for visually impaired. Anyone have any thing like this or be able to tell where to look? Much thanks.
