Trying to install new Artec 56x CD Rom on Pent 233 with 64mb ram running Windows 95, won't read CD Rom drive, I have run install from Artec floppy.

(suggestion)Check the(system) Requirements on the back of that CD-ROM box.
Nevrmind bra your good to go on the requirements.
Data Interface Connector: IDE bus, 40pin Flat Ribbon type
Min Operating System: MS Windows 2000/ME/NT$/98/95/3.x, MS-DOS/Windows XP
Min Processor Type: 200MHz and above
Ok did you check to make sure the IDE cables are in correctly if it has a red line on one side its usually on the right hand side.If your looking at the CD-ROM from the back.(I think)
