Not sure what happen, but now i can not open my pictures and music files . I get message [ windows Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close] has anyone seen this trouble before. Im running XP Thanks for any help

Does this happen with any and all picture and music files?
If not, which ones are causing the problem?
What changes have you made recently? Have you done a Virus/Spyware scan?
Is your system up to date?
Look in Control Panel/Admin Tools/Event viewer for System or Application errors in red.
