I have a compaq R4012US laptop and it won't boot up.
It gos to the windows xp screen and then say sorry but it wasn't shut down right and the n reboots again and just keeps cycleing .
Will not start in safe mode either and is hard to get it to recognize f8 key but still will not pay any mind to boot sequence etc.
how do i fix if i cannot get it to start, even with bootable sys disk?
