Some explanation about adding Division category column in address book

In address book of MS outlook 2003.Name ,Business Home,Office,Title is there.i simple want to Add New column.Divisionvalue like engineering/administration/Finance .... SO that .if user want to send to emailing to all the users of engineering.it should send on the basis of Division Category like engineering.Kindly let me know the idea.Any help would be highly appreciated.Kindly find the attachment also.
