Hello,

Could you pls. help me to solve the following problem?

I have a laptop (Toshiba Satellite L500) with Windows Vista Home Premium op. system (32 bit) , connected to a PLUSTEK PS 286 scanner which, according to its specs, supports ADF duplex scan. Although I tried two different S/W applications that support ADF duplex scan, namely eDocXL V.4.6.2.2 and Presto! Page Manager 7.10, duplex scan could not work.

However, duplex scan worked in a different laptop with Windows XP (I tried both the above applications).

Therefore, it seems that there is a problem with duplex scan in a
Windows Vista environment.

Is there a patch available that can fix the problem?
