Mixer devices are not installed & I can not see speaker at quick launch.
I can not configure it to hear sound from my speaker. I can only see the RealTek speaker but I can not adjust sound. I receive message no mixer devices are installed

Posting Whiz in Training
This may work.
Open the Control Panel.
Open sound Audio Devices,
Open Audio.
Check that the correct devices are selected.
Restart the computer if necessary.
