Recently, I downloaded this file converter thing from Microsoft. Everything was fine until I ran the installer. Suddenly, this message popped up, and made everything close: http://i284.photobucket.com/albums/ll16/Rammstool/ERROR.jpg

This has also happened to me when I downloaded a copy of 3dsMax 7 and 2010. If anyone can help me with this, please post below.

I have Windows XP home edition and I downloaded the Microsoft File converter program using Google Chrome. The 3dsMax files were downloaded with Mozilla Firefox, which currently does not work for some odd reason.

And if anyone believes that this should be in another tag or forum area, please tell me.
