Hi.

1. I have a global address book. And some users have experience not being able to send emails to the recipients as outlook intepreted the email address as a word.
For eg, from the address book you click send to Sam (with Sam's address as hyperlink). However, outlook inteprets it as the word 'Sam' and does not send out the email.

2. some users have duplicate emails
- have looked through the forum and possible explanations include someone logging onto exchange server while recieving on outlook; schedule auto send and recieve too slow; spam clearing software leaves tag after clearance and changes email enough to let server think its a new msg. Any other explanations?

Please help.
Thanks

REvision:
I don't know if outlook inteprets it as a word or otherwise. but I have sent the email to "everyone", but it was not actually sent. I know because I didn't recieve it myself.
Please help.

Thanks.
