Hi, my compaq presario 2105 was purchased 3 years ago and is rather slow after many programs have been installed. I have been having some problems with the computer so I am trying to do a system recovery. I cannot get the discs to work though. I went to compaqs site and it said to insert the disc, turn off the computer, and then turn it on, but it still doesn't work. I also tried to click "run" and then typed D:/setup.exe and I also tried D:/CPQ_RESTORE.exe, but still no luck. Does anyone know if there is another way to run the disc or what the correct thing is to type in the run box? Please let me know, thanks!
