Any help on the above subject will be very much appreciated! I have succeeded in creating the check box before emailing it; but once I send it it is impossible to see it again!
Basically I would like to give the option to the recipient to tick or untick the box, and fill in a form field directly into the email and send it back to me...
Also, if you can please let me know you know if there is a difference in creating it by using windows vista or microsoft office 97-03; I would be very grateful.
