"pci simple communications controller driver" Can anyone please explain what thi is?

There is a driver problem for a communication device. Hard to say exactly which one but start with your motherboard drivers. If the device is onboard then this should fix the problem. If not then reinstall your sound card drivers, network drivers, modem drivers ect until you get the right one. Definately a driver issue.
