We have set up our first site on our server and can't be seen from the outside. First a little background info.

Server 2003
AD and DNS
2 NIC - Internal (192.x.x.x) and External (68.x.x.x)
Firewall - Off , Routing and Remote Access in place
Router set withports all ports open. (until we get it going)
Listening on 80 and 25 verified.

From the internal side of our network we can access by IP and Domain Name. Telnet is also available. We can send e-mail inside the network and to external sources. We can't receive e-mail from outside sources or access the website. We can't ping the IP of the website from outside clients either. In my mind it has to have something to do with the router but I haven't found anything that would stop the access. There is no other firewall on at this time.

I have looked through the IIS settings and everything looks OK as far as I can tell. I am curious, (and this may be a dumb question) but would I have to have something set in my local dns to show the site as available? Any suggestions? Thanks!
