I let Windows update to IE 9. But at the top I no longer have the bar that shows FILE EDIT TOOLS FAVORITES and others. How do I get that back. I have Windows 7. Also at the top some of the desktop shows through.

I right clicked the tools bar in the upper right and clicked on MENU BAR and got it back again. I guess I will experiment with other things.

Just press the 'ALT' button on your keyboard. After it is visible, you can click on view > menu bar.

This works in Firefox 4 also.

press the 'ALT' button on your keyboard.then ALt+f -->for file

I use Internet Explorer for last three years and now I have IE 9 and really the best and well famous web browser. I like it so much.
