Thanks for the reply... Which of their certifications is more relevant and needed presently in the IT world and Which one of them would earn me a higher salary? That's what I meant :)

These are two different organizations.

Do you really mean, which area of IT has more growth and compensation possibilities? Even that question is too vague. Deciding on which aspect of IT you should purse should depend on a number of factors.

For example, its common knowledge that surgeons do very well. However, if you do not have a passion for medicine and the stomach for that type of work, you will not be successful, no matter how much the compensation is. Same thing with any career.
