*Go to HP website. Put in Mod #. They uppdated the drivers for most of your applications,but they did not make an update for the fingerprint driver.

The finger print device has a sophisticated software that runs it. It is like installing a software for your web camera.
You'll need to go to the HP website and search for the fingerprint reader software. Upon installing, you should be good to go.
