I got this error when i making connection between IIS and connection server.Please help me

Could not connect to the specified computer.
Details: The system cannot find the file specified. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070002)

Check your services. (services.msc). Make sure Server and Workstation are running. Also try disabling your Windows firewall and try to connect again. If it still doesn't work, then turn your Firewall back on. Have you tried to Telnet to the server and SSL Port 443? i.e. telnet remoteIPAddr 443. If it connects then it might be your IIS settings. If it fails, check the error. i.e. Open a command prompt and type "net helpmsg ErrorNumber", then hit the enter key.
