You should just bypass 8 and go straight to 10 now. I have been using it for quite sometime and technicle preview is very stable.

Windows 8 interface is basically the same as Windows 7 with a optinal additional "square tiles"(forgot how they're calling it after "Metro") interface for shortcuts and search(that I don't like and don't use).

Just press your windows-key to get back to the old desktop and, if you know Windows 7 well, you'll do just fine.

Moving to 8 today

windows 8 is very good. I become fan with it. As you know how to use windows 7,its almost similar except the start button. But i am sure if you will see the menu 10-15 munite, you will be its fan. Because it is better than any other preious version's start menu.
