what is the proceedure for booting windows

What do you mean? What are the steps the computer goes through to boot Windows (or any other operating system), or how does a user boot Windows? Please be specific.

  1. Remove all other bootable media (USB, CD, etc)
  2. Power on the computer

This assumes you have Windows installed on your computer.

If he doesn't have an installed system... or HDD is "out of the coverage".

1-st BIOS diagnostic of all system
2-nd Loader and BSD check.
3-rd Loader taking a process to load kernel information and compare slic data with data in the BIOS.
4-th Loader begin to load Windows files.

But it will be better if the question was not about everything in every where. If it will be more specific then answer would be specific too.
