Hi All, I would like to create Formula for Answered Calls & Abandon Calls, so that when i enter the call details such as answered timing and abandon timing which should show numbers is answered & abandon with time slot. Total number of calls answered and total number of abandon with forcasting for tomorrow. So that is can enter daily calls list and analyse to predict the call for tomorrow.
