The Delegates settings were not saved correctly. Unable to activate send-on-behalf-of list. You do not have sufficient permission to perform this operation on this object."

I get this error when i try to delegate a user. What could be the cause. I have found out that it could be a problem with some Outlook update kb913807.

there something about it on microsft help down the bottom on this page: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/913696

but still how is this a problem when all images are the same on each computer and this is the only one having troubles.
