I've read through various threads. I have looked for viruses (et al) and my computer is clean. I see that Norton NAVAPSVC.exe uses almost 50 percent of my CPU. There is nothing at the Norton siteon this....

It could relate to the following link at MICROSOFT - but as you'll see if you follow the link they do not offer a solution.

Any ideas?
