To manually migrate files from OneDrive to Google Drive, first sign in to your OneDrive account and download the files you want to move to your computer. Then, go to Google Drive, log in, and upload those files from your computer. This method is simple and free but can take time for large files and doesn't support automatic syncing or bulk transfers. For faster and easier migration, using a dedicated tool is a better option.

Download Files from OneDrive: Sign in, select your files/folders, and download them to your computer as a ZIP.

Extract ZIP File: Unzip the downloaded content to access your files.

Upload to Google Drive: Go to Google Drive, click “+ New,” then “Folder upload” or “File upload,” and choose your extracted files.

As OneDrive is owned by Microsoft and Google Drive is owned by Google, there is no way to transfer files directly between the two cloud storage companies. You have to download from one and then upload to the other, using your own computer as the intermediary.
