The OS I have is Windows XP.

For some reason when I click on RUN then type MSCONFIG I get this error message.

This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator.

Could someone please tell me how to correct this problem so I can get into MSCONFIG.
