something weird has happen; tried to access a file in excel, window pops up says file does not exist..... restart the machine, get blue screen... asks to reinstal from original disk ie repair. Done, machine starts up. Load execel, go to folder...window pops up "short cut to folder missing..." run search nothing....HELP
Drop box stored half of the files but nothing since last week and I have important docs to work on. Thanks

You could have a failing hard drive. Do a full scan with Hdtune (google will easily find it).
