hi all,
in my company when we are trying to connect through remote desktop from india to the servers in US,we sometimes not able to access.the ip series is different here and there.but the main issue is when 2 or more users are trying alternatively,then from some users system we can access but frm some other users system we are not able to access.the users systems were given static ip address who connect to the servers.but when after sometime we try to connect fro the users who are not able to connect,then suddenly it works.can anyone plz let me know wht might be the probem.
