Could be a problem with your DNS servers (or your ISP's DNS servers).

However, check your HOSTS file. You are using spybot, so the HOSTS file will be filled with items to block (this is how it blocks known bad web pages).

Just do a search in that file for the domains you are trying to get to (microsoft.com or office.microsoft.com, etc)

%windir%\system32\drivers\etc\hosts

I also have questions about these lines:

O8 - Extra context menu item: &D&ownload &with BitComet - res://C:\Program Files\BitComet\BitComet.exe/AddLink.htm

O8 - Extra context menu item: &D&ownload all video with BitComet - res://C:\Program Files\BitComet\BitComet.exe/AddVideo.htm

O8 - Extra context menu item: &D&ownload all with BitComet - res://C:\Program Files\BitComet\BitComet.exe/AddAllLink.htm

O17 - HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\..\{AD682D9B-6534-46F6-9DC0-1C37154FDFA5}: NameServer = 202.188.0.133 202.188.1.5

I don't know what BitComet is, so that is the only reason I have a question about it.

Plus, if those are not supposed to be your DNS servers, you'll need to correct that.

Actually, I have one other concern.

If you are not running an Asian language on your version of Windows, the file

conime.exe

could indicate a remote administration backdoor (or virus). (google it)
