what's the best way to suspend website hosting account? We use II7 on Server A to host our sites and Server B and C as NS. We get people who don't pay or are behind and there has to be a simpler way to suspend an account rather then deleting the zone. Any ideas? Thanks?

You can create an app_offline.html to disable the website in IIS. See: http://www.daniweb.com/forums/post1108991.html#post1108991
You could also use the IIS7.0 configuration manager to "Stop" the website.
You can use the DNS manager to "Pause" a domain to stop inbound resolve requests. Right click on the zone and hit "Properties", and you should see "Status: Running" with a button next to it -- "Pause"
