I am working for one of the church Aid in ethiopia.We do have a small netwrok in the office. All computers are loaded with
Windows XP. The network sometime would face problem. The computers couldn't read reach other. "My Network Places show only one computer (itself only), but the other computers wouldn't be showen. So it is imposible to access other computers.

But in the next day it starts to work properly.

The other problem is Local Area Connection pops " The Network Cable is Unplugged" ,and immediatly pops "The Network Cable is now Connected"

What are the solutions of these problem?

I assume you're working in a workgroup environment .. Can you ping other computers when the problem occurs ?? by their names or by their ip addresses ??

And check your cable connectors ... make sure the connectors are properly connected.
