why do i hear along beep sound from my cpu anytime i switch it on .because of that my monitor is not coming

Beep codes vary by manufacturer and the makers of the bios.Look into the beeping and how many beeps or duration of them.
if 1 beep its - video card
if 2 to 3 beeps - RAM
if it beeps continuously - it the processor .
