What's the one software that you wish still existed from decades ago? I used to practically live in Sim City but, alas, there have been no modern versions.

I don't know how it would stack up against today's editors, but CygnusEd on the Amiga was awesome for its time. Unfortunately it is not available on Windows or Linux. I can't recall all the features but because of the custom graphics chips it was visually very responsive.
