i have noticed that if you put the minimum per day money r10 in facebook ads your per click rate goes dow. but if you put more say r100 per day in spending your cost per like goes up. why is this so because it should be the same

Yep, because the average reach is low for low budget ad campaignb. maybe that can to take count for the ad placement. xD
