I would like to create a testing platform which can perform a black box testing on mobile devices or emulator and also i wanted to know how to black box test hybrid (phonegap) apps, any open source technology.

PS. i am lost on where to start should i start reading the kernel language of android, iphone and other or is there some other way to do it. any kind of help is appreciated.

Why don't you ask on phonegap or Callback community, that is how it is called after joining Apache Projects in Incubator?
