Hello everyone,

I am looking for software which when installed on a computer will continuously check a database and pup up a small notification in the task-bar with the info from the database. i will really appreciate it if someone knows of an open source project which does this or a program i can buy for less than 100$.

I will like to use this to promote a product and a website.
