Good day :)

I'd like to be able to change the Region and Language options of Windows 7 from a C# program. Changing this setting manually requires a system restart so I imagine if this is possible at the programming level, the system would also have the restart?

Any thoughts? This is a language localisation problem where Controls like DateTimePicker can only use Windows Region and Language settings (see here for details).

Changing the entire operating system's localisation settings might sound extreme but it's feasible in my situation - as long as it is feasible in code.
