Recommendations for a Java Reporting Tool(open source or commercial)

We need your recommendation for a good java reporting tool(open source or commercial) which meets the following requirements:

1. Embeddable in java web application(via reporting tool API calls)
2. Low run-time cost
3. Output to pdf/html
4. Has report designer/drag and drop etc.
5. iPad/iPhone friendly(if possible)
