can anyone tell how to make semi-advanced web browser?

First of all you need to start a Win32 App in Visual Studio if you have it.
Then in the toolbox (most likely on the right side of your window) you will find a Web Browser in one of the folders.

You propably should have written this post in the software developement if you are making a browser.
