More info please. Is there a licence key? Perhaps the key is locked to a domain name. Do you need a new key for each domain?

Maybe the best advice would be to learn PHP , analyze the code that you are using and modify it in your needs or even better write your own from scratch.

But you are dealing the programming code as a product that somebody sold you. If this is the case then the only thing you can do is communicating with the seller.

If it is freeware just understand that even to reply to emails cost money to the programmer (he/she could programming something else in this time that could make him/her money).
