i am developing one realestate website. in there the properties will syndicate in to another web sites like yahoo-realestate,zillow. so how can i syndicate my properties in these sites.

yes..it is the right way to syndicate. but i am trying to get these api. i am searching a lot but not found anywhere. any how thanks for your reply. anybody knows about this please suggest me.

Well, if you just search for "yahoo api" (etc) you should be able to find it.
