I dont know what you mean by "size of web page"... you will need to elaborate or futher explain.

With regard to code of submit button... if you double click on a button in design view, Visual Studio will create the method for you in the code behind page.

I couldnt tell you exactly how to build it manually because it depends on the actual control you are referencing.
