I am now working on a project that allows high school students in Ghana study maths among themselves. I would like to embedded editor on the page but dont know how to go by it.

Any help.

If you are just looking for a generic WYSIWYG editor, there are plenty of different choices. (Try to Google that term, you should get a bunch of results.)

For example, TinyMCE is perhaps one of the more popular. Most people will be comfortable using something like that, and it's not overly difficult to implement.

TinyMCE or CKEditor used to be the main editors as mentioned by atli. Loads more have popped up over the years. I can.t remember ever seeing a js editor for mathjax. They may exist. I can imagine there being a number of java applets for it though.
