Hi, I am facing problem in adding a widget to header of Wordpress website.
Here its Header and I want to add this Widget on the right of social links.
Can you guide me how to add it. I already have HTML code, not sure where to put it.

Is it a wp widget or an embed code ? If the latter just go into your header.php file of your theme and place it where you want. You may have to change a few style settings. BUT - if you update the theme, all this will be lost, so you are advised to create a child-theme - unless that is, the theme is your own custom one.
