Sex. But not if you're a kid. (But if you are are kid, and you have stress, you need to re-evaluate your life; kids should not be stressed)

Excellent thread!!!! Just found it and loved it, yes, even kids can love this. Thanks!

I really doubt worrying about if you're going to hell or not relieves stress.

There is no hell to worry about!!!! (pardon the !!!!)

Let me correct myself, there is no hell after you are dead. Hell is strictly an earthly thing.

>Let me correct myself, there is no hell after you are dead. Hell is strictly an earthly thing.

Obviously, I was mocking religous people.

Hell after death scares a lot of folks who are normally not even religious fanatics. After all, it's the subject of many wormy old pictures. I think we have all been a little brainwashed in that department. Thanks for being such a nice person.

You forgot two:

1. Remove half of government. It causes more stress than anything else.

2. Do not change your clocks for Daylight-Stupid Time.

36. Retire, draw social security old-age payments and let all you young HS and college students worry about how to pay the bills. My doctor told me just last week that I now have the blood pressure of a teen ager ! :) :)

Thats very good :)

There is no God in my opinion.

no wonder i'm stressed *rolls eyes*

As many times as I say "Oh God!" there better be one. God seems to be individually modified to suit the person.

Sit down in a comfortable position, close your eyes, relax your muscles as best as you can and breathe slowly while you think of pleasant memories.

I like to put my feet on the desk to accomplish that, but my boss keeps disturbing me!

Well, if that's the case, it sounds as if your boss is the cause of your stress--now how would one go about reducing that stress? We'll have to ponder over that one for a while.

thanks for the tips

I like that one

Really Good tips friends..

Have someone who loves you and whom you love massage your shoulders.

I would argue that fools mistake religion for knowledge and wisdom.

A good bottle of fine moonshine reduces my stress.
