I have a bunch of old attachments I want to delete. Some of them have selections squares on the right side of the list while many do not. How do I delete those that can not be selected ?

Members cannot delete attachments at all, as it's like deleting posts ... against our policy. The ones that have selection squares next to them have been posted within forums that you moderate, so you have the ability even though you aren't supposed to use it.
