Good Day to all,

I am a Managing Member of an IT company in Cape Town South Africa. My skills are as a web developer using open source technologies. I have been in this industry for 8 years now. I love designing and coding, but my main love is as managing member of this company, which we started out 8 years ago from very little to employing 6 people today, 3 designers, 1 web designer and 1 analyst developer and 1 enterprise developer.
