So of course I don't want FTP, it was just shorter for the title. Anything is fine that can trasfer a file betwen 2 NATs. The problem is that the file is big and the NATs are fast, so I can't use relays.
Just for the record, I don't have administration over any of them, and there can be 2 or 3 layer of NATs. And torrent's banned. And each endpoint run WinXP.
