Ok I keep revising my resume but I want to get some opinions since I haven't been hearing back from any employers.

First of all, I am only 18 years old, so I have no college degree. My resume is probably too fluffy for my age, and I don't want it to appear as if it is filled with air. But at the same time, 90% of the resume is completely honest and not over exaggerated. I really don't know how I managed to get so many credentials, but somehow I did. So I would like to make it apparent to the hiring person that I am an extremely capable individual that isn't bullshitting. I feel like I can compete in the workforce the way I am now, but it is frustrating since my age gives off so much prejudice. I am very sociable in person and always do extremely well in interviews, it is just a matter of actually getting that interview.

The positions I am looking for are pretty much entry level. Still, considering my age I doubt they ever hire anyone as young as I am. Some of the positions I have applied for are enrollment counselors at colleges, peer counseling, social worker, UPS delivery helper, etc.

Hope the quality on the pic is decent quality and understandable. It obviously looks much better in hard copy. The spacing looks different since I just full screen print screened the doc. All of my references are reliable and professional-related and will speak very highly of me.

Thanks for any reply's!
