Your survey assumes my organization uses green policy. What if it does not? What if I dont know what "green IT" is? For all I know you could be talking about anything from software that minimizes power usage to the less-than-qualified intern in our dept.
In other words, your survey is far too focused and does not account for people who know nothing of your topic.
