am thinking of starting a mobile application proberbly apps that will work as an artificiial intelligient but this is going to be on different field such as health, insurance and many more.....can you guys help with what apps i should use and how to go about this

Are you asking what to use to produce such apps? I've never done one but I think you can use java, C, C++, and several other languages to write mobile apps.
